VN at the Movies

This third installment of Vanity Nightmare celebrates the creativity that is the movie industry.  A whole variety of genres are featured within this collection and I admire all these films for completely different reasons such as the choice of music in previous installments.

Vanity Nightmare at the Movies took 3 weeks from concept to execution and takes inspiration from particular elements and turns them into a refreshed and revamped makeup look.  Many of the creations within these pages were created in reference; such as it’s my idea and perception of what I feel and embody the movie is about, not necessarily how it actually looks.  Some elements have been exaggerated and others toned down.  This mixture allows me creative freedom to create something that either pays homage to the movie, or something that highlights a particular element and plays on an idea.

Movies allow you to escape to another world and that is exactly what I hope to achieve in Vanity Nightmare at the Movies.
